* Please read the following before booking This is a guesthouse located in a small rural village. (Location check required!) It is located in a small village in Sacheon-myeon, which is in the middle of Gangneung city and Jumunjin, and is adjacent to a large road, making it convenient to move around. This ROOM3 is a bedroom with a queen size bed. Cleanliness is the top priority, and bedding is always provided after washing. You cannot enter more than the number of guests reserved, and guests other than the number of guests reserved are not allowed to visit. * Do not bring in food with strong smells such as crabs, shellfish, and cheonggukjang. * This is a bed and breakfast located in a rural village. Please check the location on the map before booking:) * Minors are not allowed to stay alone Minors are not allowed to enter alone without a guardian, and if they violate this, they will be removed without refund. * Absolutely non-smoking indoors. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area as the fire alarm sounds when smoking indoors. If you are caught smoking indoors, you will be immediately moved out without a refund, and a one-night room charge will be incurred for ventilation and cleaning. * CCTV outside the hallway and building For safety, CCTV is installed in the common hallway of the front door and outside the building. * Please take care of the room items. You are responsible for reimbursement in the event of damage/loss/contamination of room items. * Parking We have a principle of 1 parking space per room. You can enter the entrance and park in the parking space. * No parties and quiet after 11pm We've tried our best to block noise, such as installing a soundproof wall, but due to the nature of the house, you may hear some noise. If you are sensitive to noise, please make a reservation carefully. (Non-refundable) * We are trying to prevent insects, but due to the nature of rural houses in rural areas, there may be an influx of insects such as mosquitoes. Please note this and make a careful reservation, and we will inform you in advance that no refunds will be made. (Home mat, FK, etc. are provided in each room.) * Cooking is not possible There are no cooking utensils or tableware such as induction in the room. For safety reasons, cooking is not possible, and simple microwave ovens such as frozen food cooking are available. *No pets.
