This beautiful townhome is in an amazing downtown location - just steps from 2nd Street's dining scene, a short stroll to Canalfront Park & and only 1 mile from Savannah Beach. Featuring 3 comfy bedrooms, 1.5 updated bathrooms and a well equipped, full kitchen. Relax indoors or out in the spacious great room, cozy front porch or rear deck. Relax & unwind as soon as you arrive - beds are made with quality linens, and bath towels are provided. The perfect home base for your Lewes adventures! The space PLEASE READ: Robin’s Nest at 303 Market Street is a middle unit townhome that can be rented as a separate unit or along with its sister property, Stevenson Place, at 305 Market Street. The two residences can remain as separate units, or they can be conjoined indoors by way of an atrium on the first floor. (See listing photos) The two townhomes share the off street parking area. The rear outdoor living spaces share a common gateway that connects to the parking area. Each unit has its own, separate rear and front entry. Each has one designated off street parking space. Both units have a second floor bedroom with access to a spiral staircase in the atrium, to be used for EMERGENCY EGRESS ONLY. Use of the atrium staircase is strictly off limits to guests for any other purpose. Robin’s Nest & Stevenson Place were built circa 1905 - as with most older properties, the staircases are somewhat steep and could be difficult for some guests to maneuver. This home has one designated, off street parking spot located at the rear of the property. There is free street parking in front of the house. You'll be staying in the heart of Historic Downtown Lewes - an easy walk to restaurants, shops and parks! Approximately 1 mile to Savannah Beach, 1.5 miles to the Ferry Terminal and approximately 3 miles to Cape Henelopen State Park. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The Primary Bedroom has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has both a full and a twin bed, and Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 has egress to the atrium - this exit way is to be used in the event of an emergency only. Each bedroom has a smart TV for you to use your personal streaming services. We provide quality linens and bath towels - leave those at home and start enjoying your visit as soon as you arrive! (Please bring your own beach towels!) A starter supply of detergent, paper towels, TP, trash bags, etc. is provided. Children are welcome, but please note we are not baby or toddler proof - for example, we do not have outlet plugs and some window treatments have cords. We do not have furniture that is anchored to the wall. Need a little more space? Just listed for Spring 2025 - 124 Third Street, just steps away from Robin's Nest. A newly renovated, detached, 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath apartment with many accessibility features. Guest access PLEASE READ: The spiral staircase in the atrium is strictly off limits to guests. The spiral staircase serves as a fire exit from the second floor and may be used as an EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY. A keypad code will be given just before your visit for self check in.
