Respectful coexistence: Avoid loud noises, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Parties and gatherings are not allowed without prior authorization. Treat everyone with kindness, avoiding invasive, offensive or discriminatory behavior. Respect the privacy of other guests and avoid entering rooms or bathrooms other than those assigned to you. 3. Proper use of facilities: Take care of the furniture, fixtures, and appliances as if they were your own. Report any damage, malfunction, or unusual situation. No smoking inside the apartment. You can ask for designated outdoor areas. The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden. 4. Safety and order: Always keep doors and windows closed when leaving. Do not bring visitors without notice and authorization. Take care of your personal belongings; we are not liable for lost items. 5. Private rules and condominium bylaws: All guests must comply with the rules and regulations established by the private association where the accommodation is located. Respect for quiet hours, proper use of common areas of the complex, and cordiality with neighbors are essential. Any breach may result in penalties from the condominium and affect your stay.
