It is a lodging especially focused on family groups with children and/or older adults, with all the necessary amenities to make them feel at home in a very safe and quiet environment. It is ideal for long stays, either for vacations or teleworking, as we have all the comforts to make you feel at home. Refrain from holding parties in the internal areas and adjacent to the townhouse, as it is a quiet street where families reside permanently. NO loud music inside the townhouse or in the patio. Celebrations can be held in the pool's social areas where there is music and the ideal atmosphere to meet 24 hours a day, as long as the rules of the premises clearly posted on the sign are complied with. It has a prime location as it has a shopping center with bakery, still life, liquor store, sale of empanadas, etc. And it is 2 minutes from Luxor supermarket and 5 minutes from the town of Tucacas. The property has a semi-private garden equipped with outdoor furniture and overlooking a canal that connects with all the gardens of the complex, where you can see a great variety of fauna (birds, fish, iguanas, turtles, among others) and flora (a great variety of palm trees, mangroves, beach grapes, different flowers and shrubs). All utensils and furniture inside the townhouse are for EXCLUSIVE USE INSIDE THE TOWNHOUSE, i.e. they must not be removed from the property. The complex has free-use grills for guests and owners, located in the saltwater pool. If you wish to use them, we recommend that you bring all the necessary utensils, since we do not have them inside the townhouse. Additional services: 1.- We offer a sports boat or yacht service, from 21 to 42 feet, depending on the budget you have. With a captain and a crew member at your disposal to tour the keys and shallows of Morrocoy National Park in full day format (from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). Prices vary depending on the season, the boat chosen, and the number of people. We have more than 10 years working in the development of tourism in the area and we recommend taking boats with our service as we guarantee your safety and quality. However, guests have the right to purchase a bracelet that costs $5 per person for access to the social areas, which includes a giant freshwater pool for children and adults, a saltwater pool, a variety of restaurants, sports courts in the sand, a park, barbecues, and an exit to the beach, among others, in order to control access established by the complex's administration and is paid directly in the administrative offices. The water slide and the entire pool volcano area are NOT operational at the moment. This payment is NOT mandatory, it is only if you want to take advantage of these areas, which despite not being in perfect condition, are in an advanced stage of recovery. Additionally, access is enabled to the most spectacular pier in the area, almost 1 km long, with 2 small beaches on an islet at the end of it. For bookings made less than 24 hours before the day of arrival, special conditions apply regarding check-in time, which may even be at the end of the afternoon. Check-out is strictly at 12:00 PM (noon). For a late check-out, with a cut-off time of 6:00 PM, the cost is $30. As long as it is previously agreed. We do NOT have a power plant, and we insist on this because in the area there are periods of total normality in the electricity service but there are also periods in which the service may fail totally or partially for up to 6 hours during the day or night, although there may be electricity in the social areas, in other complexes or even in neighboring houses, since it works in different phases and some have their own power plants. If there is no electricity, there will be no water service either since the pumps would not work. Although the kitchen has aesthetic details caused by its age, it is fully functional and will be remodeled in the coming months.
