Our family home is discreet, peaceful and central. It is 2 minutes' walk from the train station (Paris Montparnasse - Le Mans line, 1h25 journey time) and 2 minutes' walk from all shops and amenities. A town garden with terrace completes this haven of peace in the heart of La Loupe. We look forward to welcoming you! The space The house is 150m2 on 2 levels. First floor: garage, fitted kitchen, large living/dining room, 2 bedrooms (140cm beds), 1 spacious bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a family bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 120cm bed, and another attic bedroom with a 140cm bed, a large shower room and separate wc. Guest access During your stay, you will enjoy your own bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate WCs, a large lounge-dining room of more than 40m2, and a kitchen/dining room opening onto the garden terrace where a table and 3 outdoor chairs allow you to dine outside. There is also enclosed indoor parking with direct access to the house (maximum height 1.90 m).
