The space Our recently updated Cottage #11 has a charmingly efficient studio layout, featuring a full kitchen, bathroom, cozy living room with a futon, and a queen bed. Enjoy amenities like an electric fireplace, a large TV with Roku, strong Wi-Fi, and an outdoor pool open seasonally. Ideally located for exploring what the area has to offer, you'll be conveniently close to vibrant ski towns, scenic hiking trails, and a variety of dining and attractions. Just 11 miles from Lincoln and 15 miles from Waterville Valley, the options for exploring are endless! Guest access You'll have private access to the entire cottage. There is a lockbox on the door for easy contactless check in. Each cottage has their own parking spot directly next to the cottage entrance. There is a fire pit, BBQ grill, and picnic table available for each cottage as well. During the summer months there is free access to the outdoor pool and lounge area. Other things to note The water at Valley Brook comes from a well and we are continuously working on the water filtration system here. Currently, the water is not harmful if consumed and is totally fine for showering and cooking. However, the minerals in the water from the well do give it a funny taste for drinking water. For this reason, bringing drinking water with you is recommended.
