Welcome to our lovely historic rental unit within walking distance to downtown Bloomington, offering convenient access to many great restaurants, bars, and shops to enjoy! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Bloomington! Our one bedroom, one bath space provides room for two guests to stay. This is an upstairs unit in a large historical home with a private entrance to the unit. If you have any questions at all, my CoHost, Nicole or I will gladly respond through the platform. We look forward to hosting you! This unit includes a one bedroom furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a dresser. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all amenities and appliances to make you feel right at home. The large living room features a 50" Smart TV and a couch perfect for lounging and streaming your favorite programs. There is a private entrance on the side of the building past carport. There is coin-operated laundry is located in the basement. EARLY CHECK-IN REQUEST: Please message us before check-in date. Availability depends on whether we have a same day check out and our cleaners' schedule.
