The apartment has an entrance, a large bright living room with table, sofa, Samsung Smart TV (with access to Netflix, Prime, etc.) and designer kitchen (with Nespresso coffee maker, induction hot plate, dishwasher, fridge, combined microwave oven, toaster); a very quiet large room with a 180x200cm double bed, large closets and a balcony overlooking the greenery; a studio with a smart working desk; a master bathroom with Carrara marble upholstery and a large shower; a second smaller bathroom with shower, also equipped with a washer and dryer. There are two balconies, one of which offers a space to sit outdoors. Before check-in, you must provide guest documents for registration with the authorities and sign the short lease agreement, as required by Italian law. Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment. Parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is only for adult guests, maximum 2 people. The authentic upper middle-class residential district of Milan is very quiet, and there are no safety problems for those who walk around in the evening. There are no illegal immigrants on the street, no homeless or drug dealers. We are in the center, and yet outside the tourist crowds of Piazza Duomo. For those arriving by car: A covered parking lot guarded for a fee (20€/day booking from the Magenta Parking website) is right in front of the apartment. Also in front, there are two charging stations for electric cars. Important note: the apartment falls within "AreaC", access area by car for a fee (Congestion Charge Zone). Except for electric vehicles, it is necessary to pay a daily ticket of 7.5€ to each entrance in the area, from Monday to Friday, between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm.
