PETS - No Pets allowed NOISE - We kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum, particularly in the outdoor areas, especially after 11 pm. Quiet hours are 11pm-8am. CLEANING - Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout their stay. A cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left excessively dirty. ADDITIONAL GUESTS - Overnight stays for additional guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host. BROKEN/MISSING ITEMS - We kindly request you report any broken items during your stay. You are responsible for any damages incurred. Prompt reporting ensures timely repairs or replacements.
