To the left of the entrance hall, a spacious kitchen-dining room. The kitchen is equipped with an extra-large refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher, a two-oven range cooker (pizza and conventional ovens), a microwave, and a filter coffee maker. Large dining table and ample storage. ### UPPER FLOOR ### Four bedrooms: three with double beds and one children's bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
