Two-story house with fantastic views of Kolding Fjord, located in a quiet area with large terrace, trampoline, campfire and 900 m to public bathing jetty, 250 meters to Trapholt, 500 meters to ball fields (grass + artificial grass), 3 kilometers to the center (e.g. Restaurants, shops, Nikolai for children and Slotsøbadet) and 36 km to LEGOland. The house accommodates 6 people (three rooms). Enjoy summer days in and excursions from a house in beautiful surroundings with a cottage-like atmosphere. The space The house is 188 square meters spread over two floors (living room and first floor). On the ground floor there is an entrance, hallway with stairs to the first floor, a toilet, large living room (with a view of the forest one way and the fjord the other way), kitchen area with dining table and open kitchen. Two doors (one in the living room and one in the kitchen) that provide access to the house's large terrace overlooking the Kolding fjord. In the garden there is, among other things, a trampoline, sandpit and campfire pit. On the first floor of the house there is a bright landing, which provides access to three rooms and a bathroom. In one room there is a double bed, while in the other two rooms there is a 140x200 cm bed. That is, sleeping space for 6 people in three rooms. Guest access You will have access to the house's ground floor and first floor. The house also has a basement. This cannot be used (it is under renovation - but without affecting your stay). The ground and first floors of the house are used independently of the basement.
