Our accommodation is not a hotel but a house designed to offer you a beautiful experience: - Nice house close to Toulouse. - Fully equipped and accommodated to accommodate up to 8 adults and children - Bed and bath linen provided. - Remarkable outdoor spaces: great terrace, garden, pool... To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal: - A pleasant living room with remarkable volumes with sofa, rest chair, TV. - A beautiful open kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, cooking utensils, battery of pots and pans, coffee maker. - A first large bedroom with queen bed (160x200cm). - A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), a wardrobe and views of the pool. - A third bedroom with a modular pull-out bed in 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a view of the garden. - A large parental with queen size bed (160x200cm), its desk and its ensuite bathroom. - Main bathroom with bathtub and sink. - Two separate toilets. - You will also have access to the laundry room with the washing machine and dryer. Outside: - A beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. - ǐA beautiful garden for children to have fun:) Enjoy the charm of this remarkable family home in Frouzins. We do not accept pets or parties. We keep great relationship with our neighbors and want our guests to respect neighborhood tranquility. Guest access This house is a family home. We hope that you will feel good about that. The house is occupied only by you for the duration of your stay. To help you get your stay off to a great start, we will only provide you with hygiene essentials for a first night (toilet paper, dishwashing liquid...). Other things to note No smoking is allowed inside the house but also to leave butts in the garden. There is a sound level meter in the living room and cameras in the garden. "We are available for our Guests every day, from 10am to 7pm (we are not reachable between 7pm and 10am, because we too like to rest a little). We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we sometimes do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn:) To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete your Boarding Pass with our ENSO Connect solution, only the essential information is collected in full compliance with the GDPR rules and the Airbnb platform. In particular, we will ask you for your ID, the signing of the rental agreement (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Agreement) and the imprint of a €250 security deposit.
