This memorable place is anything but ordinary. The Lodge is the result of a stunning barn conversion connected to an old farmhouse. While the farm itself is long gone, the buildings still stand. The property itself boasts 3 spacious ensuite bedrooms as well as a lounge diner, perfect for resting and re-cooping, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Lodge was once run by its owner as a successful B&B and was proudly showcased on Channel 4's Four in a Bed, where they won!!! The space Please note. We will be collecting a refundable damage deposit of £100 off all our guests prior to arrival, which will be refunded with 14 days of departure providing our terms and conditions have not been broken. We also ask all our guests to complete our terms and conditions document, consisting of a signature, a selfie and photo of your driving license. Beautiful converted barn, attached to what was once the farmhouse. The property has 2 large bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people in 3 ensuite bedrooms. Downstairs is a large open plan lounge/diner and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a ground floor annex o the rear of the property with a separate entrance that would house 2 extra people. This is listed as The garden room. There is parking to rear for 4 vehicles. Other things to note This cosy home is nestled on the outskirts of Cannock Chase, making it an ideal spot for exploring the hectares of natural beauty in the local area. For those of you whose pass time is to shop until you drop, we have the brand new McArthur Glen Designer Outlet just a short drive from the property displaying the likes of Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo Boss, Rituals and plenty more! The Lodge is the perfect family home, so why not take a trip to Birches Valley and put yourselves to the test on the Go Ape Adventure Course, or perhaps visit Beaudessert for a spot of golfing. We are sure that there's something for everybody. RULES: Please note that all guests are kindly asked to forward their email address as soon as possible. All bookings require the lead booker of the party to electronically sign and return our company Terms & Conditions as well as completing a simple identification verification requiring government ID (Passport of driving license) and a selfie. As we have duty of care to all of our properties we are entitled to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property as well as asking all of our guests to pay a £100 refundable damage deposit which will be returned to our guests within 14 days of departure from the property. We hope that you can understand the necessity of this for insurance purposes. Once the guest has agreed and responded to our terms and conditions, confirmed their identity and paid the damage deposit, we will then be able to forward on check in details for access to the property. **Please note that these will not be given out until all criteria is completed** No guests other than those booked into the property are allowed to enter, unless permission has been granted. Please respect the hike in costs of running the property as we ask you to not leave the heating on whilst the property is vacated as well as ensuring the lights are switched off. Strictly no smoking Strictly no Electrical Vehicle charging permitted at our properties, if discovered we will implement immediate vacation of the property. Strictly no parties or events are permitted to take place in our properties.
