This memorable place is anything but ordinary. The Lodge is the result of a stunning barn conversion connected to an old farmhouse. While the farm itself is long gone, the buildings still stand. The property itself boasts 3 spacious ensuite bedrooms as well as a lounge diner, perfect for resting and re-cooping. The Lodge was once run by its owner as a successful B&B and was proudly showcased on Channel 4's Four in a Bed, where they won!!! PLEASE READ ADDITIONAL RULES BEFORE BOOKING. The space Please note. We will be collecting a refundable damage deposit of £100 off all our guests prior to arrival, which will be refunded with 14 days of departure providing our terms and conditions have not been broken. We also ask all our guests to complete our terms and conditions document, consisting of a signature, a selfie and photo of your driving license. Beautiful converted barn, attached to what was once the farmhouse. The property has 2 large bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people in 3 ensuite bedrooms. Downstairs is a large open plan lounge/diner and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a ground floor annex o the rear of the property with a separate entrance that would house 2 extra people. This is listed as The garden room. There is parking to rear for 3 vehicles. Important Information – Please Read Before Your Stay We take great pride in our properties and are committed to maintaining them to the highest standard for all our guests to enjoy. As part of our booking process, your booking confirmation email contains a secure link where the lead booker will be asked to: Electronically sign our Terms & Conditions. Upload a photo of their driving licence (or other requested ID). Provide card details for a £250 security deposit pre-authorisation. The security deposit is not charged to your card. It is simply a temporary pre-authorisation placed 48 hours before your arrival and is automatically released 5 days after your departure, provided no intentional damage has occurred, no unauthorised guests have stayed at the property, and the Terms & Conditions have been complied with. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Your personal information is securely stored, used solely for internal purposes, and is never shared with third parties. House Rules To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules: Electric Vehicle Charging – Charging electric vehicles from the property's electricity supply is strictly prohibited. If this rule is breached, we reserve the right to require guests to vacate the property immediately. Registered Guests Only – The property is for the sole use of the guests included in the booking. No additional guests or visitors are permitted without our prior written approval. Heating & Energy Usage – We kindly ask guests to be considerate of rising energy costs by: Not leaving the heating on when windows or doors are open. Turning the heating down or off when leaving the property. Switching off lights and electrical appliances when they are not in use. No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. No Parties or Events – Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. properties. Other things to note This cosy home is nestled on the outskirts of Cannock Chase, making it an ideal spot for exploring the hectares of natural beauty in the local area. For those of you whose pass time is to shop until you drop, we have the brand new McArthur Glen Designer Outlet just a short drive from the property displaying the likes of Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo Boss, Rituals and plenty more! The Lodge is the perfect family home, so why not take a trip to Birches Valley and put yourselves to the test on the Go Ape Adventure Course, or perhaps visit Beaudessert for a spot of golfing. We are sure that there's something for everybody. RULES: Please note that all guests are kindly asked to forward their email address as soon as possible. All bookings require the lead booker of the party to electronically sign and return our company Terms & Conditions as well as completing a simple identification verification requiring government ID (Passport of driving license) and a selfie. As we have duty of care to all of our properties we are entitled to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property as well as asking all of our guests to pay a £100 refundable damage deposit which will be returned to our guests within 14 days of departure from the property. Once the guest has agreed and responded to our terms and conditions, confirmed their identity and paid the damage deposit, we will then be able to forward on check in details for access to the property. **Please note that these will not be given out until all criteria is completed** No guests other than those booked into the property are allowed to enter, unless permission has been granted. Please respect the hike in costs of running the property as we ask you to not leave the heating on whilst the property is vacated as well as ensuring the lights are switched off.
