Amazing views of the pacific ocean and sunrises. The space The house is 2 stories, with a rooftop area. The rooftop has 2 rooms available, a large bathroom and a cooking area, with all cooking facilities available. Magnificent views of the river, ocean and mountains. Price is per room. Guest access There are 2 accesses. One through the front door and house, or from the back riverside entrance. Other things to note The house is situated beside a river in Barangay Lubayat that is 100 metres from the entrance to the Pacific Ocean.. It is a popular surfing area that has a great wave at the entrance of the river for experienced surfers. There is also a sand beach for swimming and beginner surfers within walking distance. Boogie boards, paddle boards and surfboards are available for rent. And there is two beautiful waterfalls (with swimming areas) a short drive from the house.
