Casa Caracol - Pure Strandfeeling

Casa Caracol is located directly on the beach of Playa Romantica, making it ideal for family vacations. Depending on your wishes, you can also sleep in the living room and on the roof terrace (incl. the sound of the waves). A barbecue corner on the rooftop terrace. Air conditioning (hot/cold) and fans throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped. A TV with satellite TV is in the living room. A washing machine and dryer are all present. Fast fiber optic internet is available in the entire house. The space The house is invitingly open-plan. The living room and bedroom with double bed have air conditioning that cools the whole house in summer and warms it in winter. There are two terraces: one in front of the main entrance overlooking the garden, where you can harvest herbs, lemons and oranges. The second terrace is a rooftop terrace overlooking the beach and the turquoise sea. Here you can relax in the conservatory or sleep with the sound of the sea. There are also various loungers. In the outdoor cabinet there are various beach utensils (umbrellas, air mattresses, games, balls, snorkels, fins, etc.). You have a gas grill on the roof terrace and a plancha in the outdoor cabinet on the lower terrace. Food is excellent in the conservatory at the large dining table or on the roof terrace. The kitchen offers everything necessary for every hobby chef to prepare a wide variety of menus. The house offers pure relaxation and is perfect for families or couples looking for peace and quiet with its location and amenities. Guest access Access is via a small path directly from the beach path. You walk through the garden to the main entrance of the house. Other things to note The house has a legal vacation rental license ETV/7785. Please note that we have to separately settle the visitor's tax that the Balearic Islands charge per tourist.
