You're in the right place! BEDROOM: The apartment has 3 double bedrooms: 1 double room with a double bed (160x200 cm), 2 double rooms with 2 single beds each (90x200 cm) and sufficient storage space. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM with terrace: The kitchen is new and has plenty of space. It is fully equipped with induction stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso and Areoccino. LIVING ROOM The living room (with balcony) offers a large couch with 2 armchairs, a round table and plenty of space to relax, read, work and chill. There are board games in German. 2 BATHS The apartment has 2 bathrooms (1x shower bath) with storage space for utensils, 1 washing machine, hairdryer and towels. COVERED TERRACE (4.50 x 5.30 m) One of the nicest rooms! The covered and wind-protected terrace with a dining table, 2 sun loungers and lots of light! GARDEN A private garden seating area with sunbed chair and MTB washing area. CAR PARKING A reserved parking 100m away and public parking in front of the house. NEXT!
