But that’s not all! Enter the apartment and you will immediately be impressed by its clever layout. A noble hallway connects all rooms with each other and allows for optimal use of space. The stylish wooden floor extends throughout the apartment and gives it a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The compact kitchen impresses not only with plenty of storage space, but also with high-quality modern kitchen appliances from the Siemens brand. The bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds (90*200 cm), which can also be combined to form a large double bed. The room also offers a high cabinet with plenty of storage space and a desk from which you can also work comfortably in the "home office." The living room has a stylish sofa, which can also be converted into another bed for up to 2 people if necessary. The smart TV offers both a large selection of TV channels as well as numerous available streaming platforms such as Netflix (included). In addition, you will find a stylish table in the living-dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people. The terrace is equipped with a lounge where you can fully enjoy the sun in good weather. The apartment is equipped with new, built-in air conditioning with which you can both cool and heat.
