The space This exclusive apartment in a detached house has a lot to offer. But what makes it truly unique is the breathtaking view of the majestic central Swiss mountains, which you can enjoy from your spacious terrace. An outdoor parking space is also included. But that's not all. Enter the apartment, and you will immediately be impressed by its clever layout. A noble hallway connects all rooms with each other and allows optimal use of space. The stylish wooden floor extends through the entire apartment and gives it a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The compact kitchen not only impresses with plenty of storage space, but also with high-quality modern kitchen appliances from the Siemens brand. The bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds (90*200 cm), which can also be combined into a large double bed. The room also offers a high closet with plenty of storage space and an office table from which you can also work comfortably in the "home office". The living room has a stylish sofa, which can also be converted into another bed for up to 2 people if necessary. The smart TV offers both a large selection of TV channels and numerous available streaming platforms such as Netflix (included). Furthermore, you will find a stylish table in the living-dining area where up to 6 people can be accommodated. The terrace is equipped with a lounge where you can enjoy the sun to the fullest when the weather is nice. The apartment is equipped with new, built-in air conditioners with which you can both cool and heat. There is also a charging station for electric cars at our garage. This apartment offers the perfect mix of quiet living in a natural setting and proximity to the exciting cities of Zug and Lucerne. In addition, there is a private parking space at your disposal. If you arrive in summer with bicycles or in winter with skis and accessories, we will provide you with a storage room. Other things to note The apartment is intended for 3 adults, but offers 4 sleeping places. If you also arrive with a child, please feel free to ask us. The house entrance door can be opened with a 4-digit code. We will send you this code by message before your arrival here. The apartment key will be deposited for you. You will receive all arrival information in advance.
