Set atop a scenic hill that showcases Karuna’s breathtaking ocean views, our Lumbung Premier Loft Villa is a unique blend of traditional Indonesian charm and modern comfort. Inspired by the iconic Lumbung homes of Indonesia, these units feature the distinctive curved roof and an entirely teak and merbau wood construction—crafted without a single hollow block and measuring 9 meters long by 5 meters wide, with a stunning 6-meter gable height. Each unit is furnished with pieces crafted from old boat wood, sourced and handmade in Jogjakarta for a one-of-a-kind, relaxing experience. The loft bedroom includes a luxurious king-size bed beneath an oversized, backlit Mandala, offering a serene and intimate space. Step outside onto your 10 sqm porch with panoramic views of Bacuit Bay, perfect for unwinding. The Lumbung Premier also includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, and French press coffee maker, ideal for preparing merienda or a light meal. An ensuite bathroom completes the space with a shower, toilet, and double sinks, providing convenience and comfort throughout your stay. We have sea views but we are NOT beachfront. Our resort may not be suitable for senior citizens, particularly those with mobility concerns. Please be advised that we do not have ramps or other accessibility features for wheelchairs or strollers. We recommend considering this before making a reservation. All units are air conditioned, and have sea views. We have a free hourly town shuttle from 8am to 11pm for in-house guests. It is normal to hear noise from the local residents and animals living in the island, as they are a huge part of El nido. We accept pets (with restrictions) with a fee of 2000/night. Nightly deposit rate of 1000php to be paid upon arrival. Deposit refund is 24 hours after check-out. We apologize for the inconvenience as we conduct our annual maintenance works and minor renovations during September to October 10 in some parts of the resort. Minimal noise may be observed from 8am-5pm everyday except Sundays.
