Making your stay the best you've ever imagined. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our property. Our standard check-in time is at 3:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am. Your cooperation in adhering to these times will be greatly appreciated. We are also open to discussing any potential arrangements regarding this schedule. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially after 11:00 pm, to avoid disturbing our neighbors. Our villa will be at your disposal equipped with the basic essentials needed. As a guest, you will have access to the indoor garage and laundry area. Also you will be able to enjoy the private pool in the patio (please note it does not have a heater). There is also an illuminated carbon BBQ area in the yard for your use. This villa provides easy access to the Beach Club facilities opened Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The daily fee for adults is $15 plus tax, and for children (ages 10 and under) is $10 plus tax. Reservations are required. Please inform us if you plan to visit the aquatic park as we are able to make you a reservation. We encourage you to not wash white towels with color beach towels, we have a strict method to do laundry. If you need fresh towels on stay of 5 days or more we will provide you don't hesitate to let us known. Host will not pay for hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred in case of an interruption in water, electrical services or bad weather.
