Nazaré is the largest house at BungaLoose, perfect for groups of up to 22 guests looking to enjoy beachfront living in El Paredón. With a private pool, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms, and spacious common areas, Nazaré combines comfort with modern minimalist design. It’s also the only house in the complex with a Smart TV—ideal for gathering after a day in the sun and surf. The space Nazaré has 4 bedrooms: Ground floor: bedroom with queen bed, sofa bed, private bathroom, and direct pool access. Second floor: Master bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom, and balcony facing the ocean. Second bedroom with 2 bunk beds (queen size) and private bathroom. Third bedroom with 2 bunk beds (queen size), private bathroom, and balcony with ocean view. In total, the house offers 10 beds + 1 sofa bed. Guests can enjoy an indoor living room with Smart TV, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, food processor, and utensils for 22 guests. Guest access Guests have full private access to the house, pool, outdoor dining area, and all common spaces. The property offers direct access to the beach. Parking is shared with the other houses in the complex: each house has 2 designated spaces, but more cars can be accommodated if needed. Other things to note Pets are welcome under rules: no access to the pool and not allowed on the bedsheets. All houses, including Nazaré, do not have hot water. Essentials provided: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and the first bottle of purified water. The house uses solar panels to promote responsible energy use (this doesn’t mean power is guaranteed during outages).
