The space Are you looking to get away and become a "snow bird" or have a place to stay while your property is being renovated after the hurricanes; then this is your place!! Belleair Beaches are renowned as relaxing, quiet play spaces surrounded by impressive, sedate waterfront homes. Claim your place for strolling on the pristine white sands, dolphin watching and beautiful sunsets!!! This adorable home offers a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room area. The backyard includes a pool, hot tub, 2 loungers, dining table that seats 6 and large umbrella. Pool blow-ups are also included. The backyard also includes tons of plants, fence and green space to enjoy. NOTE: During the winter months, if you would like to add pool / hot tub heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate setup for you. We charge $25 per day for the extra heating costs. The house has recently been remolded and includes fresh paint and all new furnishings. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking sheets, baking pans, utensils, cutting boards, mixing bowls, storage containers, plates (indoor / outdoor), bowls, mugs, tumblers, wine glasses, and silverware. There is also an Instapot and Jimmy Buffet Margarita machine! Appliances include: refrigerator, stove top, toaster, microwave, and drip pot coffee maker. The house comes equipped with a smart TV in the living rooms and each bedroom. There is free Wi-Fi internet throughout the entire house as well as outside near the pool. There are 2 dedicated workspaces available with electric connections and ergo friendly chairs. There is parking available in the driveway or in the 1 car garage. NO parking is allowed on the street at any time. Beach access is available to drive or walk. It's only a 2-minute walk to the beach and less to the inlet. While Belleair Beach is quiet, within 5 miles you can access a wide variety of restaurants, Pulix supermarkets and tons of shopping right along Gulf Blvd. You can also utilize the Jolley Trolley or the Suncoast Trolley very easily from the property. There's lots of things to do in the area including: Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Indian Rocks Beach, Treasure Island, Johns Pass and St. Pete Beach.
