Peaceful Walkout Apt - 2 BR - Horses & Goats

PLEASE READ: This is the lower level apartment of our personal home. We reside upstairs with our three children. Majority of our time is spent on the opposite end of the house and we work very hard to be mindful of our noise level. Relax & recharge in our two bedroom lower level apartment. Private entrance & parking. Easy access to local bar, restaurant, & one mile off interstate for a quick start. Perfectly located between Sturgis & Rapid City 16 miles to Lazelle Street, Sturgis. The space Tucked in on a working farm you can enjoy your morning coffee while feeding the goats, take a stroll down the gravel road, or relax on the patio as the sun sets. Take advantage of your fully stocked kitchen and bathroom , a full coffee/tea bar, and private patio and laundry room. If something is missing that you need, we will get it for you. If visiting during the 4th of July, this property provides the best view of the local fireworks. Piedmont fireworks are hosted directly across the street from this property. The apartment patio provides firework views that you can only dream of. The apartment utilizes smart locks for the front door which provide a unique door code for each guest. The lock auto locks after 5 minutes if the guest didn’t manually lock it. There is a back door to the stairway to our home which has a keypad lock on that door as well. The back door can be opened from inside the apartment whether it is locked or unlocked. The back door locks after 5 seconds if not manually locked. Guest access Guests have access to the two bedroom, one bath apartment, fenced yard, and private parking spaces. Guests are welcomed to stroll through the property to see horses and goats, we just ask that closed gates and doors are not opened. We are happy to accommodate large vehicles and/or trailers with prior notice. Other things to note PLEASE READ: This property is used for multiple purposes and is surrounded by pastures and creeks/ponds. We do everything we can to mitigate and prevent insects, spiders, etc., and smells that naturally come with livestock but nature is nature and can be out of our control. Equine assisted therapy sessions are conducted on this property. To ensure HIPPA is being followed, please refrain from taking any photos/videos of riders and respect any signs indicating therapy is in session. Violations of this will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund. PETS: Your dogs are absolutely welcome on our property and in the apartment. We just ask that the pets remain leashed if outside of the fenced yard. Pets are not permitted to be left alone inside the apartment unless kenneled. Due to severe allergies, we do NOT allow cats. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. PARKING: We are more than happy to accommodate large vehicles, trailers, or guests traveling in multiple vehicles. We have plenty of space to accommodate whatever vehicle you may be traveling in. We just ask for prior notice if any of the above apply for planning purposes. SMOKING/DRUGS/ALCOHOL: We want you to enjoy your vacation and time on our property. We kindly ask that you do not use the swing or interact with animals if under the influence of any substance. Drug use is not allowed on the property at any time. Please feel free to smoke cigarettes/vape outdoors and a minimum of 15 feet from any entrance or window. SUMMER GUESTS: Piedmont, SD goes above and beyond for their celebration of Fourth of July. You can expect a parade through downtown Piedmont the morning of the 4th that people from all around come to participate in and watch. You will also have a front row seat to our community’s fireworks show. Fireworks are shot from directly across the street from the property. Owners are not liable for injury on the property and children must always be supervised. Please be kind and considerate of others on the property, and HAVE FUN ☺️
