Our flat is on the last floor (14) of the most exclusive area building with a spectacular view of the sea and the magical sunsets of this city. It is completely equipped with useful objects, wi-fi and cleaning elements. Our decoration is modern made with love to spend a magical season in a charming city. The building is very complete, it has a swimming pool with sea view, direct access to the beach, full gym, jacuzzis, Turkish bath, children area, massage room and free wi-fi. The space We are a family of 5 and we call our apartment "Little piece of sky" because every time we go and spend 2 months when kids are on vacation, we don't want to come back again. We love our space at the top of the building because we can feel birds flying around and the amazing view and smell of the sea along with the breeze on the terrace, make our space unique and special. Guest access The building is very complete, it has a swimming pool with sea view, direct access to the beach, full gym, jacuzzis, Turkish bath, children area, massage room and free wi-fi. Close to the building we have kitesurfing, supermarkets, medicine stores, bus stops and different restaurants at the hotels around like Radisson, Holiday Inn, Las Americas, Sonesta ... Other things to note • For your own safety and that of the Co-Owner do not enter the elevators wet. • Likewise and for no reason is it allowed to hang clothes on the terraces of the apartments. • Transit through common areas should be done with proper clothing, avoid doing so without a shirt or in a bathing suit without pareo. • No smoking in the hallways and corridors inside the building, as well as inside the pool or areas adjacent to it. • Seasonal pool hours are 9:00 am - 8:00 pm, please note that the usual hours are 9:00 am - 7:00 pm, except on Tuesdays which, for maintenance, are served from 2:00 pm • Play with balls or balls, floats or items other than lifeguards is not permitted in the pool area. • They are reminded not to lower glass bottles of either liquor or any kind of beverage to the pool area. We recommend lowering everything in plastic material. •Likewise, we ask for your collaboration in the consumption of drinks and food inside the pool, remember that it is for your well-being and that of all bathers who use it since this type of behavior contaminates the water of the pool. • Remember that when using sunscreens it is mandatory to protect the mattresses with towels regardless of the activity you are going to perform (reading, resting, tanning, etc.) • We remind you not to go down with your pets to the pool area and avoid as much as possible your stay in the common areas, if you pass through these, you must do so with a responsible person, with their respective lanyard, rope or transport belt. • Visitors and/or guests with pets are not allowed to enter the co-ownership. • We recommend not downloading sound equipment or some kind of amplification to the pool area, since in recent seasons the tranquility of many co-owners has been affected because the amplifications are used in high volumes and although our officials try to control the volumes they do not stop affecting the community. • We recommend the use of swimming diapers for children who do not control the sphincters, in order to avoid closing the pools during the season. • For your safety, we remind you not to bring valuables or go out to the beach after 5:30 pm.
