House of reunions: comfort and charm!

We offer to rent our vacation home with heated pool (except in the cold season), for a stay with family or friends. It is a charming house from the 50s, just completely renovated, which we decorate to our taste according to our finds. Ideally located in a quiet area of Vaison and 5 minutes from the center of the village, you can easily access the many facilities and festivities offered by the city. Each family member is independent! The space The entire house will be reserved for you. With its 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 8 toilets, this charming modern vacation home is ideal for accommodating 12 people/16 beds maximum. The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Depending on your configuration, the top could correspond to the adult space while the bottom to the children's space, with 2 sofa beds offering 4 extra sleeping places. Upstairs, an entrance, a large living room, an open kitchen equipped with a high table table for 8, a large terrace with table for 12 people, overlooking the garden and the 4 bedrooms: Two bedrooms with 160 cm bed sharing a bathroom One bedroom with 160 cm bed and private bathroom One bedroom with a double bed of 2 x 90 cm, modular if necessary and its private bathroom The shaded terrace is perfect for having meals together. From there, you will have stunning views of the medieval castle and even see Mont Ventoux. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with sofa beds and 2 bedrooms: A bedroom with a 180 cm bed and its bathroom outside One bedroom with a double bed of 2 x 90 cm, modular if necessary and its private bathroom. In the common area still on the ground floor, there is: Laundry Game room with pool table transforming into an Air Hockey game Movie room with 9 real movie seats Dining room with a 3.50 m table and 12 armchairs. The outdoors: 1300 m2 garden with garden furniture, 8.5 x 4.5 heated pool with cover, and a large summer kitchen to refresh you and prepare the kitchen. It is equipped with a barbecue, a gas plancha, a refrigerator and a large bar where you can eat. The swimming pool area (heated) awaits you to spend delicious days as well as a pétanque court with balls available. Your cars can be parked inside the property or behind the house on an extremely quiet street, with direct access to the house. Services included: electricity, water, heating, pool maintenance, linen, wifi. Neighborhood Highlights: The house is located a few minutes' walk from the center of this small, dynamic town with many shops, one of the most beautiful Provençal markets in France (on Tuesdays), its famous Roman bridge and the many shows that are offered throughout the year (choirs, Vaison Danse, theaters, concerts, many summer events, etc.). Vaison la Romaine is a city apart in the region, because with its 7000 inhabitants and its history, this quiet town has many restaurants, butchers, fishmongers, market gardeners as well as many supermarkets and other shops. It is therefore an ideal location for a wonderful stay, enjoying the charm and multiple interests of the region. For athletes, the landscapes smell of Provence, you will pedal on winding roads in a succession of panoramic views of the most beautiful landscapes surroundings, between hilltop villages and lavender fields, cliffs and renowned vineyards. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, the climb of the so-called Giant of Provence or Mont-Chauve, Mont-Ventoux is the goal of a lifetime or a season!!! You will also find tennis, a golf driving range, tree climbing course and many other sports and entertainment in Vaison-la-Romaine. There are many vineyards around the house and the Vaison winery will delight you. However, the most famous vineyards are Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Rasteau or of course Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
