Reunion house: comfort and charm!

We offer to rent our holiday home with heated pool (off cold season), for a stay with family or friends. It is a charming house from the 50s, just completely renovated, which we decorate to our liking according to our finds. Ideally located in a quiet area of Vaison and 5 minutes from the center of the village, you can easily access the multiple facilities and festivities that the city offers. Every family member is independent! The space The whole of the house will be reserved for you. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 8 wc, this charming holiday home modern is ideal for 12 people / 16 beds maximum. The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Depending on your setup, the top could be the adult space while than the bottom to the children's area, with 2 sofa beds with 4 beds additional. Upstairs, an entrance, a large living room, an open plan kitchen with a table high 8 seats, a large terrace with table for 12 people, overlooking the garden and the 4 bedrooms: Two bedrooms with a 160cm bed sharing a bathroom A room with a 160cm bed and private bathroom One bedroom with double bed of 2x90cm, modular if needed and its room en suite bath The shaded terrace is perfect for dining together. From there, you will have a breathtaking view of the medieval castle and will even see the Mont-Ventoux. On the garden level: an equipped kitchen, a large living room with sofa beds and 2 rooms: A bedroom with a bed of 180cm and its bathroom outside One bedroom with double bed of 2x90cm, modular if needed and its room private bath. In the common area still on the ground floor, there are: Laundry Game room with pool table turning into Pallet-Air game Movie room with 9 real movie seats Dining room with a 3m50 table and 12 armchairs. Outside: 1300m2 garden with garden furniture, 8.5 x 4.5 heated pool with curtain of protection, and a large summer kitchen to refresh and prepare the kitchen. She is equipped with a barbecue, a gas grill, a fridge and a large bar or you can eat. The swimming pool area (heated) awaits you for delicious days as well as a pétanque court with balls available. Your cars can be parked inside the property or behind the house on an extremely quiet street, with direct access to the house. Included services: edf, water, heating, pool maintenance, linens, wifi. Neighborhood highlights: The house is located a few minutes walk from the center of this dynamic small town with many shops, one of the most beautiful Provencal markets in France (Tuesday), its famous Roman bridge and the many shows that are offered all year round (choralies, Vaison Danse, theatres, concerts, many summer events, etc.). Vaison la Romaine is a separate city in the region, because it is strong with 7000 inhabitants and its history, this quiet town has many restaurants, butchers, fishmongers, market gardeners as well as many supermarkets and other shops. So it's an ideal location to have a wonderful stay, enjoying the charm and multiple interests of the region. For athletes, the landscapes smell of Provence, you will pedal on winding roads in a succession of panoramas of the most beautiful scenery surroundings, between perched villages and lavender field, cliffs and vineyard of renowned. Whether you are beginners or experienced, the rise of the nicknamed Giant of Provence or Mont-Chauve, Mont-Ventoux is the goal of a life or a season!!! You will also find in Vaison-la-Romaine, tennis, a golf driving range, tree climbing course and lots of other sports and distractions. The vineyards are very numerous around the house and the cellar of Vaison you will delight. However, the most famous vineyards are Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Rasteau or of course Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
