The house is independent, in a small, private block with access to the sea. Recently renovated, on 2 floors. It’s located at end of Poetto Beach and on the way to the wonderful beaches of Southern Sardinia. It’s a short distance from Cagliari city centre, with the port and airport being easily reachable. It welcomes 4 guests, offering 2 double bedrooms, one with sea view. 2 bathrooms with tub and shower. A/C in all rooms. Full kitchen and outdoor dining area. The space The house is elegant, modern, fully furnished and very comfortable, built over two floors and can welcome up to 4 people and a little dog: ideal for two couples of friends or for a family with children (Crib available). It consists of 2 double bedrooms (in case of only 2 guests it is possible to choose 1 of the 2 bedrooms, if the stay is longer than a week both rooms are available), the double bedroom on the upper floor provides a wonderful view of the sea. There are 2 modern bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, with a tub and shower. Super-fast fiber WI-Fi, space with desk dedicated to work and writing. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including pots and pans, a microwave, and induction hob, plus a Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle, toaster. Furthermore, there is small courtyard with outdoor seating to enjoy meals in the fresh air. The house is located in a block of a few houses, very private, quiet and with exclusive access to the sea via a staircase situated inside the block: the beach below, perfect for enjoying a swim in the morning, is not very busy and is adjacent to the large "Margine Rosso" beach, which includes a pet-friendly area for the summer season (until September 30th). The location of the house is very convenient, being just a few kilometres from the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius and Southern Sardinia, and a 15-20 minute drive from the wonderful city of Cagliari and its historic city centre, which includes breathtaking views and traditional restaurants. Moreover, the port (15km) and the airport (20km) are also easily and comfortably reachable. N.B. A means of transport is highly recommended (to more comfortably reach the various points of interests); also please note that the small food and drink shop near the house is closed at this time for renovation and the nearby supermarket is reachable within 5 minutes by car; furthermore parking near the house is easy and free, and the street offers charging stations for electric cars. As for public transport, the bus stop is situated a few metres from the house.
