The available bedroom has air conditioning and there is a movable fan. The kitchen is simple but neat and complete. The basic amenities are available (plates/silverware/cups/glasses/pans), but you have to do the shopping yourself. There is a percolator to make coffee. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washing machine with centrifuge. Via the stairwell, the roof can be accessed with laundry lines for drying the laundry. The roof edges are raised, but there is a risk of falling, because there is no fence around it.
