The apartment is located in Siegen-Niederschelden. Free parking right outside the front door. We have completely replaced the mattresses to provide our guests with even more comfort in the future. The apartment is designed for up to four people. Guests can relax on a box-spring bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed and a foldaway bed in the living area. The space Living area The living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with a large dining table that invites you to get together. For a cozy evening, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa bed, and the whole thing is rounded off by a large smart TV. Kitchen area The kitchen is in a modern design. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, plenty of work surfaces and offers an inspiring environment for culinary creativity. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots and all cooking utensils are self-evident. A fridge, oven, induction stove, toaster, kettle and microwave for quick meals are essential. The dishwasher will take care of the dishes for you. To help you start your day, a Nespresso coffee and espresso machine with a basic set of capsules is available. You will also not miss different types of tea, as well as spices, vinegar and oil. bedroom area The large, 180 cm wide box spring bed takes you to the land of dreams. The bedroom can be separated from the living room by a door. All your clothes will find a place in the dressers. In addition, the bedroom offers a small work area. You don't have to worry about bed linens, pillows and blankets, because they are part of the basic equipment. Bathrooms The newly furnished, spacious bathroom features a rain shower that invites you to relax. Towels, shower towels and a hairdryer are of course included in the apartment. We invite you to feel at home here! Outside The apartment has a nice little sitting area in front of the entrance area. A summer evening invites you to relax. On the opposite side of the street is a playground, with a complete overview from the terrace. Children can have fun very close by. For our little guests, we can provide a travel bed and high chair. Please let us know in advance! Guest access The entire apartment on the first floor is available for use. You can access the apartment via your own entrance.
