Just 3 miles from the city centre with lots of bus routes congregating just around the corner. just off the A1 with short drive to Metro Centre or Airport. A local pub which serves great food, an authentic Indian restaurant and every kind of takeaway you can think of as well as small supermarkets are all with in walking. The space This ground floor flat is very well proportioned and works very well for comfortable living. I own a few units in this block and know the other residents so it is very quiet and peaceful. The building has concrete walls, floor and ceilings so noise insulation is quite good. However you still have to be considerate to the other residents. Guest access For additional convenience and security there is an intercom entrance system, so if someone is calling on you, you can speak to them before buzzing them in. There are 2-3 steps at the entrance of the property and nothing too taxing then your on the flat all the way to the property. The external and internal entrance doors both have self closers and are well adjusted so that they close softly. Other things to note This property is all electric so there is no need for a carbon monoxide alarm as there is no carbon based fuels being burned in the property (gas, wood etc).
