House in an urban area and private beach

In the vicinity of Lake Saimaa, in an urban area, a detached house with a wood-burning sauna and a private beach sauna + beach about 500 m from the house. The beach can be reached by car. Child-friendly beach, i.e. shallow sandy bottom. Large private yard, trampoline and toddler swing for children. Nearby school with skate park and gym equipment. Nature and hiking trails nearby! The nearest shops are about 1 km away. The space Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a sofa bed, one with a good double bed and 2 cots for babies/toddlers. Note! One of the bedrooms is downstairs! There is also a sofa bed in the kitchen. High chair, potty and children's toys available on request. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Downstairs is a room with an IKEA 180 wide double bed and a single bed. There's also a toilet downstairs. Wood-fired sauna downstairs and wood-burning stove. Floor heating in the bathroom. The hallway downstairs is cool. Other things to note Wood-fired sauna and bathroom downstairs. Downstairs there is also a living room and a large double bed and a single bed. The cabin is cooler than the upstairs, but there is a separate electric heater that can quickly heat the room to the right temperature.
