The Cozy Up on Lake Mimosa

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Cozy Up on Lake Mimosa will be just what you need to unwind and relax. With tranquil views and a 10 acre lake to sit next to or fish from, It sits at the gate to the Ozark’s and all they have to offer, from world class mountain bike trails, to plentiful hiking trails and waterfall chasing. If that’s not your cup of tea, you can float in the sunshine at Lake Ludwig or make an elegant evening of it at Kaspers -best steaks around. Btw- NO PETS! The space This newly built cottage has vaulted ceilings throughout, lending to a spacious and open environment. It is painted in tranquil pastels and hosts comfortable beds with brand new mattresses. We have provided ceiling fans in every room and a lovely bathroom with a rainfall shower head. The views out the front windows are of meadows and woods and the cottage itself sits on the side of Lake Mimosa which is a 10 acre lake with fish, turtles, beaver, otters and Canadian geese. Our guest can enjoy a cup of coffee while decompressing from industrialized living. NO PETS PLEASE Guest access You get the whole house 🏡 . The front door has a key pad locking system in glass french doors. Space around the lake will be shared with neighbors but it’s usually quiet and solitary which makes it a wonderful place for contemplation, meditation or just simply unwinding. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee so we expect that our guests will clean up after themselves and leave the Cozy Up in the same clean condition they found it 😉 thank you in advance!
