Wifi, dishnetwork, A/C in 1 bedroom and a portable is provided in the other. A quiet private neighborhood. You will also have your very own private driveway. The living room area has two couches, smart TV, Wifi, dish network, brochures to read of places you may go to eat, see and do activities. There is a split unit in the master bedroom and ceiling fan along with a 55 ich smart TV connected to dish network along with darkening curtains to sleep in late. Bedroom #2 has a portable A/C, ceiling fan, darkening curtains and a 55 inch smart TV connected to dish network as well. Liens, towels, some items for the beach is provided. The property is fence and has a gate with motion lights. Off street and private parking is provided just for you only at the downstairs of the property where you will be staying. No parking will be allowed upstairs. Guest will only be allowed to have access to the apartment and private driveway. I am available if you may need me by phone or text , I do live on the property. Located 5 minutes from the world famous Magens Bay beach, 10 minutes to Coki Point Beach and 5 minutes from a local restaurant. About 15-20 minutes away from Red Hook (party hot spot). About 15 minutes to shopping center, 7 minutes to the movie theater, and 20 minutes to down town main street. Where my home is located there is no public transportation available. Which means you will either take a taxi that can be arranged or rent a SUV . I am strongly suggesting a suv because there are a lots of hills and the driveway to the apartment has a slight bump to get over. If you do use a car you definitely will have to take your time and use caution ⚠️ when going down and coming up the the driveway...downstairs is the only place you can park. If for whatever reason you may not have transportation let me know a head of time so that I may help in arranging a taxi service for your needs.
