La Lozère is waiting just for you! The space You will spend a pleasant stay in a small character house of 60m² for 4 authentic stone people on 3 levels in the heart of the village of ESCLANEDES. Inside, on the ground floor, you will find an equipped kitchenette (4 gas hobs, extractor hood, microwave, fridge freezer, 1 classic electric coffee maker with universal filter and 1 Tassimo coffee maker) adjoining a cozy seating area with TV. On the 1st floor, you will discover 1 bedroom with a double bed "la chambre rose" (140X190cm) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A mezzanine offers a second bedroom "the blue bedroom" equipped with a second double bed (140x190cm) and a sliding curtain rail to partition the room and optimize privacy. The accommodation has a pellet stove and electric convector. The stairs to the 2 floors of the house do not allow people with difficulty moving to enjoy the accommodation. The house does not have a private exterior. At the foot of the house, in the village square, you will find shaded communal green spaces guaranteeing calm and tranquility with catering tables and pétanque court. BBQ and fires not allowed. Hiking or biking trails are directly accessible from the house. In the immediate vicinity, crossing the stone bridge over the Lot, a pretty shaded park on the edge of the river also offers a large green esplanade with many games for children. The neighboring village, the village of Chanac 2 km away, offers all the necessary local shops (bars, restaurants, convenience store, bakeries, butcher, doctor's delicatessen, pharmacy and laundromat). Throughout the summer, Chanac comes alive with its weekly markets and many festivities. You can take advantage of the municipal heated swimming pool from June to September (Free in June and September) and the many leisure facilities (city stadium, tennis courts, playground, bocce court...). Guest access The house has free parking for 2 vehicles in the village square. The entrance to the property is independent. The house is adjoining with another village house. Access to the property is via a staircase and a landing common to the 2 houses. ->Access via the stairs does not allow people with difficulty moving to enjoy the accommodation. ->The landing is not a terrace. It is a common place of passage that must remain free of access. Other things to note Rental for 2 nights minimum. Check-in: 16:00 - 19:00 / Check-out: 11:00 max. Pets are not allowed.
