Private Suite-Historic Frederick

This suite in our beautiful row home is centrally located in historic downtown Frederick and steps away from some of Frederick’s amazing restaurants, cafés, shops, pubs, parks & entertainment. This unit has a private entrance (up a spiral staircase) on the 2nd floor, with keyless entry. You will enter a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, gorgeous light, and a table for two. The luxury bathroom includes soaking tub, steam room, and walk-in shower. Unit includes Keurig, microwave & mini fridge. The space This unit has a completely private entrance (up a spiral staircase—please see photos of the staircase) and is on the 2nd floor, with keyless entry. You will enter a spacious, light-filled bedroom with a queen bed and a table for two. The unit includes a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and kettle! Coffee/tea and cream are provided. The bathroom, just off the walk-in closet, includes a large soaking tub and a steam room, in addition to a walk-in shower. All towels and linens are provided. The unit has central air and heat. Guest access This unit has three rooms: a bedroom, walk-through closet with coffee nook and a mini fridge, and a luxurious bathroom with soaking tub, steam room and large walk-in shower. Bedroom includes a table for two. Guests are welcome to use the table, chair and bench located in the backyard. The seating area on the patio next to the house is reserved for the home owners. Other things to note PARKING -Street parking readily available and fine for long-term two blocks away; Private, off-street parking spot available on request and for a fee of $15/night (we need to move one of our cars). ENTRY -Your unique code will be provided 24 hours before you arrive for your stay. The code changes after every guest. The apartment is accessed via an exterior flight of spiral stairs leading up to the second floor porch. There are 14 steps from the ground floor to the second floor porch. GENERAL - No pets please! We have a sweet old cat named Lavender in our part of the house and she doesn’t mix well with other furry things :-) - Free secure bike storage available, just let us know -Access to the unit is up a spiral staircase—please see photos—this can be difficult to navigate with very large luggage, a baby, etc.
