In average, a group for this size villa uses about 400 baht per night depending mostly on Air-condition usage. Energy saving is for the sake of our world :) A refundable security deposit is required in cash upon check in. The amount varies based on the length of stay: 1-3 nights: 3,000 THB 4-7 nights: 3,000 THB 8-14 nights: 5,000 THB 15 nights or longer: 10,000 baht The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
