The house is a large rural 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in an idyllic rural setting, with a swimming pool, tennis court and extensive gardens. Close to Lake Karapiro, Hobbiton (30 mins) The Velodrome, Mystery Creek and River Trails. Off street parking and room for trailers etc. The space A well designed spacious house with 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, with just myself living in the house. There is another room with a king single bed if you wish to add another guest or sleep in separate rooms, (small extra cost). In your room there is a smart TV plus tea and coffee making facilities. Guest access The whole house apart from the office and my bedroom and ensuite. During your stay Most of the time I am around on the property, but happy to give you as much privacy or contact as you desire. Other things to note There are 3 steps to access the house.
