Seaside Cottages “ Paul Cottage”

Located within 150 feet of beautiful Wells Beach. Walk to the beach with your morning coffee. Small housekeeping cottages that sleep 2 to 6. Some are duplexes. Clean cottages with an old fashion feel. Nothing fancy, nothing modern.. Please message me to find out which cottage is available and it's layout.. They are all different. Fully stocked kitchens in each unit. Private bath with a stand up shower. Gas grills are available in a common area. Check out time is 10am.. The space Little beach cottages that are not fancy but very clean. Guest access We have tables with umbrellas on the front lawn that are for our guest to enjoy. Beautiful sunsets over looking the river! Other things to note I will be glad to provide you with a beach blanket and I have a few chairs to loan out as well.
