Guest access (Long stays) - We do accept long stay bookings at our 2x bury properties. For any bookings more than 28 days, the guest will be required to change between our two flats (every 28 days). We will NOT allow long stays unless the guest agrees to the property change every 28 days. The property has a key safe. The property check-in details will be sent the morning of your booking. Check-in is anytime from 3PM. The check-in details will be sent on the morning of your booking, once the current guest checks out. Please confirm your email address via messenger tab on Airbnb for the property manual to be sent over on the morning of your check-in. Early check-ins / late check-outs must be pre-approved before making your booking. Other things to note PETS: - Pets must be approved and paid for (no birds allowed). - Please keep all pets off the sofas, or alternatively, lay down a blanket on top of the sofa beforehand. - We do not provide any pet essentials, so guests will need to bring their own blankets, litter tray etc. - Any litter trays will need to stay on the lower floor, inside the hallway. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: - Early check-in or late check out is not guaranteed and must be pre-approved before booking. VISITORS: - No visitors are allowed after 10PM. - Parties & gatherings are strictly forbidden - Bookings will be canceled immediately with no refund and you will need to leave the property. LOST KEYS: - If keys are lost, a locksmith callout is required, or you fail to return the keys to the key safe upon check-out, a fee of £150 will be charged to your account. PARKING: - Guests have access to on-street parking around the property on the road. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: - Please note that a refundable security deposit of up to £400 may be required prior to receiving check-in details. - The exact deposit amount is determined at the host’s discretion, based on factors such as the guest’s booking history, profile verification, and previous reviews. - We require a mandatory £500 refundable security deposit, during festival season. - This deposit serves as a safeguard against potential damages, breaches of house rules, or excessive cleaning requirements. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours of check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no issues are reported. - Guests will be notified in advance if a deposit is required and provided with clear instructions for payment and refund processing. - By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
