Come stay in our cozy 2 bedroom basement apartment with three beds and a comfy couch for an extra sleeper. A crib, toddler mattress, high chair, and stroller are available in the unit. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. There is a space for kids to play. The yard is large and is fenced on three sides. The house is near foothills with places to walk, hike, and recreate. There are tenants upstairs and you will hear them moving around. The space The upstairs and downstairs are rented as separate units. If you would like to rent both for larger groups, please message me. Other things to note If there are people upstairs, you will be able to hear them moving around. I've asked them to keep a reasonable quiet time after 10:00PM. There is a white-noise maker in the unit as well as earplugs. If you are sensitive to sounds, you may not want to book this space .
