Newly built, exclusive project, with fully integrated environments, fully equipped kitchen, large balcony, lawn, swimming pool and lots of greenery throughout the outdoor area of the house. Located in the Outeiro das Brisas condominium (between Trancoso and Caraiva), Espelho Beach: one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. The space The house has 5 suites all with air conditioning and very airy with large windows. São 2 Suites on the ground floor and 3 suites on the upper floor and are configured as follows: Ground Room 1 = Two single beds with an auxiliary bed and can be made into a double bed with an auxiliary bed (drawer type). Terrea Suite 2 = 1 queen double bed Superior Suite 1 = two single beds with an auxiliary bed and can be made into a double bed with an auxiliary bed (drawer type). Upper suite 2 = 1 queen double bed Superior Suite 3 = 1 King Bed + TV Broad environment integrating TV room with dining room and American kitchen. Gourmet area with BBQ. Deck with swing, sofas, sun loungers. Swimming pool, garden with hammock and lawn. We have extra services: 1 maid (from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) who is also a great cook and can prepare the best that Bahian food has to offer for R$300.00. If there are more than 6 guests, it will be necessary to hire an extra assistant for R$230.00. Guest access The house is located in the Outeiro das Brisas condominium, with a lot of security and large living areas, great for children to play freely. It has a golf course, tennis courts, beach tennis and soccer. It has a lagoon with paddle boats for rides and several hiking trails. Sun umbrellas and beach chairs are offered by the condominium (no need to take them to the beach). Inside the condominium, there are some restaurants and a small store for emergency shopping, and it is located next to Espelho Beach, which also offers several restaurant options. Other things to note Staff: We recommend hiring professionals to make your experience more complete. These amounts are paid directly to the professionals. Cook: 300.00 daily Assistant/housekeeper: 230.00 per day Swimming pool attendant: 2 x per week (free) Hiring is not mandatory. You can even hire people of your choice.
