The space The house is 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms, featuring an open-plan living and dining area. The living room boasts big windows that let in plenty of natural light. It cozies up by the fireplace on cooler evenings. The house is also equipped with air conditioning, ensuring you're comfortable throughout your stay. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own food. There is an outdoor dining area on the deck, surrounded by a lovely front and back yard. The house also features laundry facilities, making it perfect for longer stays. The bathroom includes floor heating for added comfort, and the bedrooms feature comfortable bedding for a restful night's sleep. Guest access You can check in at any time after the scheduled check-in time using the access code that we will provide before your arrival. To access the property, you'll need to walk down a small pathway through the garden to reach the front door. The pathway is approximately 1 meter wide, 20 meters long, and has 5 steps. Other things to note Transport: We don't recommend relying on public transport or walking. Getting around is easy with a car - it's just a 3-minute drive to Leura town center and 5 minutes to Katoomba town center. If you don't have a car, you can book a taxi to pick you up from Leura station, the cost is typically under $10. It's a 20-minute walk from Leura station. The walk is hilly, so it would be challenging with luggages. Parking: There is one designated street parking area in front of the property, with an option to park on the opposite side of the street if you have a second car. The parking area is unsealed and may not be the easiest for bigger cars, but it is manageable.
