An infinity-edge pool with a swim-up bar overlooks dramatic canyon and mountain vistas. *This home is designed for guests seeking tranquility and elevated comfort in a refined, spa-like retreat rather than a party destination. The pool and outdoor spaces are intended for quiet, relaxed enjoyment to preserve the peaceful, luxury atmosphere of the home and neighborhood. Unwind in the hot tub beneath the stars, gather by the outdoor fireplaces, or entertain in the fully equipped outdoor kitchens featuring a pizza oven and built-in BBQ. The private front yard offers space for lawn games, sunbathing, happy-hour cocktails, or sunrise coffee. Sleek lounge seating, al fresco dining, and a fire pit provide multiple areas to unwind. Inside, the open living space impresses with vaulted ceilings and modern design. An oversized sofa, sleek fireplace, and Frame TV invite a sophisticated and relaxing environment. The gourmet kitchen features professional-grade appliances, a large stone island with seating, and seamless flow to the second outdoor kitchen through oversized sliding doors. The dining room seats eight beneath a statement chandelier, with cantina doors that open fully to the backyard for true indoor-outdoor living. In the backyard, you’ll find a second hot tub and an additional entertainment area complete with a fireplace and outdoor dining space. There are four bedrooms with vaulted ceilings: three with king beds, and a fourth with oversized bunks (full over queen) for added flexibility. • Primary Suite: A private, spa-like retreat with custom walk-in closet and glass doors opening to the backyard. • Second Bedroom (En-Suite): Private patio door opening directly to the pool deck with serene views. • Third Bedroom: Sliding door with direct access to the backyard. • Bunk Room: Oversized bunks and a skylight with power shades. Three beautifully designed bathrooms include two with walk-in showers and one with a tub/shower combo. Ideally located just one mile from the coast and two miles from Del Mar’s pristine beaches, the Del Mar Luxe Retreat exemplifies indoor-outdoor luxury. Maximum Occupancy: 10 Guest access Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire home and outdoor areas throughout their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, the gourmet kitchen, wine cellar, and bar, as well as the backyard amenities—pool, hot tub, swim-up bar, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, lounge areas, and fire features. The property is reserved exclusively for your group, ensuring a luxury experience. Other things to note Minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate eviction and a $500 cleaning fee. Parking available in the driveway (up to 4 vehicles) with additional street parking as needed. Pets are not permitted unless a special exception has been granted by the owner prior to arrival. Violations will result in $1,000 fine. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted and will be strictly enforced. Violations may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction The pool is typically maintained between 80–85°F early April through mid-October though slight variations may occur depending on the weather. No pool heating fees during that time. Upon request with an added fee, the pool can be heated during the off-season (approximately $100/day). For your safety and security, exterior cameras are in place to monitor outdoor areas. They’re never used inside the home. Please don’t cover, tamper with, or disable them without the owner’s approval. Noise decibel monitors are in place (they don’t record conversations, just sound levels). For everyone’s safety, we ask guests to sign a Pool Waiver and Release of Liability before their stay. Please also remember that glass isn’t allowed in the pool area. We’ve provided plastic dishes so you can still enjoy food and drinks by the water worry-free. No glass or breakable dishes in pool area. Stays 30 days or longer are subject to host approval and a lease agreement to be signed within 48 hours following booking containing customary provisions, including: • Fully refundable if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in • After 48 hours following booking (or immediately upon booking if check-in is then within 28 days), the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable • Refundable lease security deposit of $16,500 to be submitted within 48 hours • No pets except upon prior written approval by host; if approved, a refundable pet security deposit of $1,000 and a non-refundable pet fee of $500 would apply • Specified lease termination date, with no automatic renewal • Holdover clause with daily rent multiplier • No subletting / no additional occupants without host’s written permission • Utilities / housekeeping / maintenance responsibilities clearly allocated • Entry/repairs procedure and notice language • House rules, as described above Registration Details STR-10215L, 655025
