*OUR HOUSE* with sauna, swimming pool and barbecue area

The house is 5 min from Araras and Itaipava, and only 1 hour from Rio de Janeiro. Colonial-style with a pool, barbecue grill, gourmet area, dry sauna, garage 3 cars, fireplace, Wi-Fi, and cable TV — everything you need to relax and have fun while listening the sound of the birds. Streaming with Netflix and more. There are 3 living rooms and 4 bedrooms, including 3 suites, with king and queen beds. Flat terrain, with no hills, fully fenced. A cleaning lady can be hired directly if needed. The space 3,000 m² of private space, with a garden, large pool, sauna, and barbecue area. The house has 250 m². The land is almost completely flat, and the main house has no stairs. The entire space is for the guests! A large and cozy house with a very good energy for those who want to relax, have fun, and even work or study. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, microwave, electric coffee maker, Nespresso machine with capsules included, electric toaster, and sandwich maker. Guest access We do not have shared areas. The entire space is exclusively for the guests. Other things to note Our mission is to host others the way we would like to be hosted, so we are available 24 hours a day. We provide bed linens and towels for the total number of guests in the reservation, including pool towels. We offer liquid soap in the bathrooms. We also provide firewood for the fireplace — 1 pack per day.
