A cozy little nest in LE CANTAL, 10 minutes from Aurillac... Welcome to Clos du Buisson! Calm and serenity of the place envelop you with nature well preserved by our 4-hectare LPO refuge. The interior comfort, a decor full of charm, a beautiful country kitchen open to the living room with its cantou... a simple happiness with the charm of yesteryear. Drop off your luggage, enjoy the pool, relax by the fire and seize the sweetness of the holidays... The space *During the summer vacation, we rent exclusively by the week, from Saturday to Saturday* Typical house completely renovated in 2024 within the Clos du Buisson, an estate of 4 hectares. Heating by electric radiators and wood-burning stove (provided). Estate swimming pool (9 a.m. to 7 p.m.): saltwater and heated according to the weather (mid-June to mid-September). Unsupervised swimming. Naturist practice possible, in a family spirit, friendly and respectful (inform us when booking). Pets not allowed. No smoking in the cottage. Garage closed for motorcycle. Living room with open equipped kitchen (oven, hood, induction hob, fridge-freezer, Senseo and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.), wood stove (provided). Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190 with dressing room and relaxation area, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 (can be brought together), shower room, separate toilet. During the summer period (July August), the beds are made for arrival (sheets not provided outside this period). Balcony and terrace with garden furniture Weekend rental, weekly (minimum 3 nights on weekdays, 2 nights on weekends), fortnightly, monthly and long-term rates off-season. END-OF-STAY CLEANING: The end of stay cleaning is to be done by guests before their departure (a cleaning deposit of €60 may be requested): . garbage cans discarded .kitchen tidy and cleaned, including fridge .clean dishes . taps cleaned .floors vacuumed and washed . toilets and shower room cleaned . disposable mattress covers, if used, disposed of Vacuum cleaner, broom mop and cleaning products are available to allow the accommodation to be returned as clean as on arrival. (possibility of end-of-stay cleaning service: €60, to be requested during the 1st contact and to be paid upon arrival).
