Seating, outdoor power outlets, a table, and a charcoal grill are available there. Loud music from speakers, etc., is not permitted in the outdoor area. Smoking is permitted there and in the entire outdoor area. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited by house rules and will result in a cleaning fee and a penalty payment, payable by the tenant. Guest access One option for outdoor use is directly in front of the apartment (e.g., for barbecuing or relaxing outside). Sitting, outdoor power outlets, a table, and a charcoal grill are available for this purpose. Access to the laundry area is also permitted and can be used by the host and guests of APP-II. Smoking is permitted there and in the outdoor area in front of the apartment, provided that cleanliness (cigarette butts, ashtrays, ash distribution, etc.) is maintained throughout the entire stay. Otherwise, a subsequent ban will be issued, or violations will result in termination of the rental agreement, which will result in immediate eviction. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited by the house rules and will result in a cleaning charge and an associated penalty, payable by the tenant. Loud music from sound systems, etc., outside is prohibited. Other things to note Drug use of any kind (even legal drugs like cannabis) is not tolerated, either inside or outside the apartment. Violations will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and immediate eviction from the apartment without any right to a refund or partial refund.
