Furnished with a comfortable sofa set and a flat-screen television, this area is perfect for unwinding, enjoying a cup of coffee, reading, or watching movies. -The living room seamlessly transitions to the private deck through sliding glass doors, allowing you to step outside and bask in the morning sun, while taking in the picturesque views of the surrounding mountains and the serene Lake Chapala. - Living room area also features a comfortable sofa bed, which can accommodate one additional guest. Bathroom space: - Private bathroom shower with toiletries included Private kitchen and dining space: - Clean kitchen space equipped with cookwares, kitchen utensils - An oven w/ top stove (Induction) - Coffee maker - Refrigerator - Dishwasher - Dining table and dining-ware Private washer and dryer: - Includes laundry detergent for the duration of your stay Guest access You will have full access to the entire condominium suite during your stay. Additionally, you'll be able to enjoy the building's diverse common areas, which include a swimming pool, a gym, and a game room with a pool table. Common Areas Access Activation Policy: To ensure a seamless experience in using the common areas, we kindly request that you complete the registration form for access card activation at least 48 hours before your arrival. This advance notice allows us to process your request and have your access card ready upon your check-in. As we rely on the administration process for card activation, filling out the form at the last moment may result in the inability to access the common areas during your stay. Other things to note *** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *** Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 15% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly. Please ensure that you complete the verification form prior to your check-in date to avoid any automatic cancellation by the system. Thank you for your cooperation! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in. ** ATTENTION all guests with children: We strongly advise that you keep a close watch on your child, especially when they are near the stairs or pool, or using those areas. * Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning installed. However, we have ceiling fan installed for your convenience. 1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply: - No illegal drugs & No smoking in any form ( cigarette, electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco ) - Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM : No party or gathering of any sort. - No loud noises or music at all times - We encourage all guests to respect the neighbours during their stay - 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest. 2. Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests. 3. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience. 4. The BBQ area is located on the 6th floor of Torre del Dorado and is available for guest use. To ensure availability, guests must check with the building administrator between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. to confirm if the BBQ area is reserved. The space is ideal for outdoor gatherings, offering a pleasant ambiance for cooking and socializing. Please remember to adhere to the building's rules and regulations while using the facility. EL DORADO POOL RULES  Pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  There are no lifeguards at El Dorado, so use of the pool is at your own risk.  The condominium will not be responsible for damage to third par􀆟es or their belongings.  All pool users are requested to shower before entering. Please use the poolside shower.  Oils, creams, or soaps are not allowed in the pool.  Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult both in the clubhouse and in the pool.  Infants in diapers must wear special water-resistant diapers.  Swimsuits must be worn to enter the pool.  Wet clothes are not permi􀆩ed in the clubhouse. Shirts or other dry coverings are required to prevent sunscreen from staining the furniture.  Ea􀆟ng or drinking in the pool is prohibited. Drinks may only be consumed in unbreakable containers on the pool deck.  Food is only allowed at the tables on the deck or inside the clubhouse.  No one may enter the pool with open wounds, sores, or infec􀆟ons. Anyone who appears intoxicated, ill, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who displays disorderly behavior will not be permi􀆩ed to use the pool.  Diving is not permi􀆩ed in the pool.  Only personal floats are allowed in the pool. Throwing anything into the pool is prohibited.  Running, yelling, or boisterous play is prohibited in the pool area, clubhouse, or deck.  Smoking is prohibited in the pool, clubhouse, or deck.  Playing music on any device is prohibited unless headphones are used.  Music may be played with permission from management for classes such as Aquafit etc.  Pets are not allowed in the pool, pool area, or clubhouse.  With the excep􀆟on of portable electronic devices, electrical appliances are not permi􀆩ed in the pool area.  Chairs and tables cannot be reserved when leaving the pool area. You must be present to use the umbrellas, chairs, and tables. 4.⁠ ⁠Early Check-In: * Possible from 12:00 PM onwards, *only with prior approval* * Please contact us in advance to check availability and applicable fees. * Without confirmation, standard check-in time applies. 5.⁠ ⁠Late Check-Out: * Late check-out until 3:00 PM is *subject to approval* and fees. * Kindly request approval in advance. Without confirmation, the standard check-out time must be followed. 6.⁠ ⁠Luggage Drop-Off Service: * Luggage drop-off is available from 12:00 PM *with prior approval*. * Please request approval in advance to confirm availability. * Without confirmation, luggage cannot be dropped off before the official check-in time. * Additional fees may apply for this service. * Please store luggage in the designated area and avoid placing food in the fridge until check-in.
