Well equipped and tastefully decorated in an industrial style, our condo has everything you need for a successful stay in the heart of Quebec City. The Urban Space is: - An exceptional location in the city close to all the must-sees - Indoor parking - A terrace with shared BBQ - A gym - The fastest internet And of course, caring hosts! :) CITQ: 298206 The space The building: The Urban Space is on the 3rd floor of a recently built secure building with superior soundproofing, located in the Nouvo Saint-Roch neighborhood. The apartment: The apartment is 617 square feet and has two bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. For large families or guests who prefer to share costs with friends, the sofa bed in the living room allows for the addition of two extra people. The Kitchen: It has a full kitchen, including a table with six seats, a dishwasher, equipped with the basics you'll need for cooking (oil, spices, salt and pepper, coffee, etc.). Bedrooms and living room: The condo has two bedrooms each with a queen bed with hybrid mattresses like those used in the hotel, duck down pillows, a fiber duvet and good quality cotton sheets. Note that one of the bedrooms is not completely closed by a wall (see pictures). In the living room, you will find a double-size sofa bed with the same quality of pillows, duvets and sheets as the bedroom. A memory foam mattress topper is also available in the closet for added comfort. Bathroom: A shower with soap, shampoo and quality conditioner (Vicky, your host, is a hairdresser!). Washer & dryer also available. Amenities: A smart TV where you can access all your online streaming services (subscriptions required). 1500 Mbps high-speed internet. Air conditioning. High-quality soundproofing. Private indoor parking. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo and balcony to yourself. You will share the gym, rooftop terrace and BBQs with other users of the building. Take the opportunity to have an aperitif or cook while meeting new people :). Note that the terrace is closed for the winter. Other things to note - Staying in downtown Quebec City allows you to discover the old town with all its advantages. You will be in the heart of the action, close to the best restaurants, main attractions, and public transport network. This ideal location will allow you to maximize your time and fully enjoy the city. However, being in the city center, it is possible to occasionally hear urban noises such as horns or emergency sirens. Despite the high quality soundproofing of our building and the addition of acoustic curtains, noise can sometimes be heard. - The condo is part of a condominium that places great importance on the respect and tranquility of its occupants. That's why no parties and excessive noise after 10pm are allowed. That said, with all the restaurants and bars located within walking distance of the condo, you won't be lacking places to party!
