Welcome to the Overlook at Langford! It's beautiful, cozy yet spacious, has breath taking views of the lake, and is nestled on a quiet, walkable circle. This house has everything you need for whatever kind of getaway you need! Want a fun, action packed vacation with the family? It comes with two kayaks, and two stand up paddle boards ready for you to explore the coves all around! Want a quiet retreat to rest and relax? This house sits on a quiet circle in the trees with calming lake views. The space When you first walk in, you will see the large kitchen and comfortable living space. The kitchen has a large island with seating, as well as a bar overlooking the lake. It is stocked with all the essentials needed to cook/ entertain for your stay! Upstairs is the main bedroom with a king bed and attached bath, as well as the spacious screened in porch and deck with amazing views of the lake! Downstairs you will find an entertaining area with a table and games, laundry closet, and two bedrooms with a large bath. The first bedroom has two twin beds. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. This area opens to the large covered porch with a regulation sized ping pong table, access to the fire-pit, and steps to the dock! Other things to note House Rules & Important Information To ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following: • Pet-Friendly Stay: We happily welcome up to two dogs with a $125 pet fee. (Sorry, no cats.) • No parties or events are permitted. If a gathering occurs, guests will be asked to end it immediately. A second occurrence will result in cancellation without a refund. • This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping property—thank you for helping us keep the home fresh for everyone. • The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. • Pets are not allowed on furniture, and we appreciate you cleaning up after your pet while on the property. • Winter Note: During winter months, the lake water level is lower. The beautiful view remains the same, though water depth at the dock may be reduced.
