Amélie and Damien have completely restored this 1930s house, to quickly feel comfortable with friendly and warm spaces. They have selected antique furniture, favorite furniture and soft colors to make it an exceptional place with a unique and neat interior. The space Villa Lucie is available for rent throughout the year, it can accommodate 8 people. The house includes a pleasant 50 m2 living room with a fully equipped kitchen open to a beautiful dining room and a living room. Two bedrooms with queen size bed, one bedroom with two double beds, a shower room and a toilet are on the first floor. On the second floor, a magnificent 30 m2 master suite with workspace, bathroom and toilet is at your disposal. A beautiful terrace with barbecue completes the place to enjoy friendly meals. Bicycle, beautiful car or motorcycle lovers will enjoy a garage and a large cellar. Guest access Several listings are available for the accommodation, it is available for rent for 6 people and for 8 people at different rates. Each time you get the amenities listed on each listing. Other things to note Intermediate cleaning service on request rate depending on the services. Breakfast on request 72 hours in advance 20 euros / people free for children under 6 years old. For stays longer than 15 days mandatory cleaning of 70 euros every 10 days to be paid on site. Electricity, heating and A/C are included but to a reasonable extent of consumption.
