Sleep soundly on the super comfortable queen mattress & enjoy the plush pillows and high-quality linens. The bedroom is carpeted, has a Smart TV, a closet & desk. Unique furniture and nature-inspired artwork add a cozy feel to the room. ☆☆ BATHROOM☆☆ This room has access to a shared bathroom. Unwind from a busy day in the city in the large, tiled shower. The bathroom has a single mirrored vanity, and towels. There is a cat on the property🕹️. Please close your doors if you’d not like the cat to enter. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The downstairs has a kitchenette & lounge with the basics but you are free to use the upstairs kitchen if you need. Use the coffee maker to brew coffee in the mornings & the microwave to heat leftovers from the cafe down the street. The shared living space features leafy houseplants, quirky home accents, eclectic light fixtures, and a unique mix of vintage pieces and modern design. Work, study, or eat at the farmhouse-style table while mingling with other travelers. Lounge & read or take a cat nap in the sun. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ Enjoy a beverage on the sunny porch and look out over the yard that’s under constant change. This cozy and private space is great for enjoying coffee in the mornings, doing some yoga, or having a cocktail with a friend. ★☆ Book Today & Let Us Take Care Of You In Salt Lake City! ☆★ Local Notices Elm Seed Beetles We have removed all elm and other host trees from our property to minimize these insects, but we are surrounded by Siberian elm trees in the neighborhood. During midsummer, you may see an occasional elm seed beetle indoors. They are harmless, and we typically just vacuum them up. Please let us know if you see any, and we will take care of it promptly. Construction We are completing renovations to improve the property. Some work may occur between 8 AM–7 PM, including weekends, but it is not constant. Children Children are welcome, but for safety, they must remain under parental or guardian supervision at all times. No Illicit Drugs Illicit drug use—especially methamphetamine—is strictly prohibited. We conduct enforceable testing, and violations will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Bringing drugs into someone’s home is unacceptable, destructive, and deeply disrespectful. Cat Please note one cat named Bertha lives on the property. Host not responsible for allergies. Guest access As a guest here, you have access to your specific room. You will be given a key to access the room. There is plenty of street parking right outside of the home. You will share the lounge area, patio, bathrooms & kitchen with others, but your bedroom is private. There is high-speed WiFi. The home is near local grocery stores, great restaurants, coffee shops, & the bustling Fairpark area. During your stay We have automatically provided you self check-in details which are found in the reservation details. These contain all the info needed for locating the home, your room, connecting to Wi-Fi, the house rules, etc... At this time, we do not offer on site staff, so please, we can be reached on Airbnb if you have any additional questions. Thank you and have a great day! Other things to note We have 3 outdoor cameras in the space which few entry points. All cameras will have the ability to record & the recording will be deleted after 5 days. As mentioned previously, expect to see other guests or me, my wife and toddler. We live here. Expect a lived in space. Expect noise. All exterior terrain is diverse so be aware there are potential tripping hazards. Nonetheless it should be fine to pass for the average walker. We are a farm & we are doing many improvements & projects on the property. Be aware. It is a self check-in process and you agree to the house rules by reserving here.
