The space New: and air conditioning cooling system ( from 18th of July). Both rooms have big balconies On which you can have breakfast or watch the beautiful sunset. Guest access Fully equipped apartment for a family. Entry to the floor with access chip and key to the apartment. Restaurant to take breakfast on the ground floor or nearby buildings. Parking slot in front of the building for free! Parking slot outside in the parking area for a daily fee of 5 EUR. Direct access to the beach in front of the apartment. Payment to be made by beach administrator. See information we have gathered for this beach and at the left and free beach to use. A pool to be used vs 10 EUR payment is at the right of the building - next to the big pool. You will be directed by the person that provides you the apartment keys if interested. Fully organized trips or travel with private taxi driver can be offered. Other things to note Pool is not for free and costs daily. Please ask us for the daily fees, but as of today 10 eur /day price is known and communicated by the pool owner. The fees are to be paid daily or in advance. If you want to access the pool you get one sun umbrella annd 2 sun loungers available as mid of July. Please understand, that we rent the apartment and not the house, so beach and pool entries are to be paid. Regarding the beach and parasols there are 3 places in front of the apartment we use and recommend. See details in the direct communication to you. We have a garage which is not ready yet, but we have one place for this apartment to the parking slots of the building - outside parking for a daily fee of 5 EUR. Thank you!
